Stats and numbers
- Dizana's Quiver will be the new best in slot ranged cape, untradeable, and obtained by completing some feat within the Colosseum.1
- By default Dizana's Quiver provides +1 ranged strength and +10 ranged accuracy over the Assembler; charged with Sunfire dust it doubles this to +2 strength and +20 accuracy, specifically not giving the additional +1 strength to the Toxic blowpipe.1
- Jagex said a corrupted version with unlimited charges can be made by using enough dust on the quiver.1
- The quiver can store two types of ammunition appropriate for the current weapon, so dragon arrows and ruby bolts can both be kept in it, allowing Twisted bow and Zaryte crossbow use with the cape on, on top of an item in the ammo slot.2
- The quiver brings Twisted bow max hit on task up to 90 and 99 within Chambers of Xeric, and that three more range strength would be needed to hit over 100.2
Gnomonkey's opinion
- Gnomonkey calls the quiver by far the strongest Colosseum reward and thinks its ammo storage could change the meta in many locations by freeing inventory slots.2
- Gnomonkey says the quiver makes the Venator ring not useless anymore, as it is needed to reach the new max hit thresholds.3
- Gnomonkey says with the quiver the Twisted bow finally overtakes the Zaryte crossbow at Nex as the best ranged DPS, so max gear at Nex would no longer include the crossbow, and the ammo storage frees the bolt slot for the crossbow in team Chambers and Tombs of Amascut.3
- Gnomonkey is concerned about corruptible quivers given the weak rewards from Varlamore: with a quiver, a Toxic blowpipe could drain up to 1,000 charges in the Inferno, and allowing corruption makes the Colosseum's long-term profit seem weak, so he suggests holding off the corrupted variant for a month or so to see how the market shapes up.4
- Gnomonkey says the Sol Heredit lasers were the worst lasers of all time and that the finish was extremely close to dying.5
