  • The Blade of saeldor lacks the whip's poison, which is needed at Verzik phase 2 for the purple Nylocas, so you must bring a serpentine helm, switch and avoid ranged and pipe the Nylocas, or have a teammate poison it.1

  • As of the April 2020 update Jagex changed the Blade of Saeldor (described by Gnomonkey as the slash equivalent of the Ghrazi rapier) so that it can be imbued with 1000 crystal shards into a permanent non-degrading weapon.2
