- Rebuke is an overhead that reflects 15% of damage taken but increases damage taken by 25%.1
- At Kalphite Queen, Gnomonkey says Rebuke would raise her max hit from 31 to 38, allowing a maximum recoil of 34 instead of 23 with Vengeance and the prayer combined.2
- Rebuke raised Gnomonkey's max hit to 100 when paired with Vengeance on Tekton, which he calls very substantial added damage.3
Gnomonkey's opinion
- Gnomonkey calls Rebuke a great idea and the Vengeance buff he wanted in his own prayer suggestions: paired with Vengeance it raises damage taken and so Vengeance's damage, and adds recoil on top, which would make Vengeance meta over thralls in quite a few places.1
- Gnomonkey says the new offensive prayers all feel in a good place damage-wise and should remain as is.4
