Update: Wyrmscraig is an update topic that Gnomonkey covers in 2 videos between 2026-05-29 and 2026-07-29. This article is a stub: his statements are grouped by type, repeated ones merged.

Requirements

  • Wormscraig is accessible at 62 Sailing.1

Tips

  • Ways to reach the Mad Angel: a necklace of passage, a Slayer ring and then going through Wyrmscraig Cavern past the 'Skollem' (as auto-transcribed) up the stairs (the second closest), or the tradable scroll dropped by the boss herself, which teleports you right to her and is the fastest.2

Gnomonkey's opinion

  • Gnomonkey notes Jagex said in the video that the Mad Angel is aimed as a mid-level boss, which fits the low requirements of 62 Sailing and a basic quest.3
  • Gnomonkey says the Hallowfell sword is not very useful and kind of weak for melee training, though the regular Mad Angel drops are quite good.4

Events

  • Wormscraig is the winner of the Player Island Competition and offers an introductory quest, a repeatable boss encounter, a new high-level Slayer master and two new skilling activities.1
  • The Wormscraig quest introduces a new boss, the Mad Angel, whose arena has a throne with handcuffs chaining the boss down in an old decaying chapel.5
  • Completing the Wormscraig quest unlocks the same boss as a repeatable encounter, with rewards still being finalised but expected to include a new weapon, a teleport unlock and a pet.5
  • Wyrmscraig is the player-designed island competition winner, newly added to the game, and comes with the quest Fallen from Grace that unlocks the Mad Angel boss.6
