Requirements

  • Rule for the challenge: each player gets one hour of optional PvM and one hour of PvP, and in PvM each monster may only be killed once, so each boss gets one kill count.1

Methods

  • Odablock's usual challenge format is a two-hour segment from scratch followed by a fight at the end; this time it is a 2v2 with Odablock and Gnomonkey against SickNerd and Skillspecs.8
  • Odablock's plan for himself and Gnomonkey was to start with one Corrupted Gauntlet run each, then PvP for an hour to stack cash, and use the rest for PvM such as Colosseum.9
  • Agreed team plan: Gnomonkey and Odablock do Corrupted Gauntlet first for starting cash, then PvP for the hour, and Gnomonkey then attempts Colosseum with the money, while Odablock PvPs for the rest of the time.10
  • Odablock tells Gnomonkey to buy cheap PvP gear including a rune crossbow, black dragonhide top and bottom, rune gloves, climbing boots, a glory and a water staff, plus Ranging potions.11

Tips

  • To handle a kill's loot cleanly, bank the loot and pull out the matching amount of coins (for example 487k) so it counts as money earned.13
  • Gnomonkey used the Detached camera plugin to watch the duels, after Odablock told him about it.14

  • After the gearing hours, Sicknerd's team guessed about ten million GP combined, while Odablock said his own side had about 4.8 million because he died once.15
