Topics covered
Deadman Mode
- (0:00) The Odablock Warriors won the fifth breach of Deadman Mode Allstars after a starting plan that went badly and strategies that did not work left them with 40 deaths over a few days, which the description calls the worst start in Deadman history.
- (0:00) For breach 5 the Odablock Warriors used a calculated redemption plan from Evscape, with Odablock as main caller, Raikesy as secondary caller, and Dubie Dobies and Gnomonkey as snipers.
- (7:01) The Odablock Warriors aim to be the MVP on each monster so that the tier five loot goes to their team.
- (11:04) In the Deadman breach, the music lulls when there are no monsters, which signals that the team must wait for the next spawn.
- (12:27) In the breach, monsters can aggro unexpectedly, so the team stands on tiles with line of sight so they can shoot from safe positions.
- (16:26) When luring a monster in the breach, Gnomonkey says not to mage it too early because the team wants to keep it in their position; if a teammate does mage it, he says to use blood spells.
- (28:59) Gnomonkey says dragging monsters north toward single-combat tiles improves a player's odds of living, since rival teams cannot gang up there.
- (29:25) Gnomonkey says an area far east of the fairy ring is out of range of the Hunter's Guild where the Dino Nuggets bank, so monsters pulled there can be farmed with less risk.
- (31:22) Gnomonkey notes the tile he stands on is single-combat, so he cannot even do damage there; he offers to take aggro and tank for the team while teammates deal damage.
- (34:22) Gnomonkey made a call to do a full tank when the Westham Weasels rushed so that his teammates could escape and farm more tier fives; he lost the trinket but said he earned points for prayers.
Odablock Warriors
- (0:00) Gnomonkey tells the Odablock Warriors that worst comes to worst they should rush the Dino Nuggets team, because five men were clumped together.
- (19:53) Gnomonkey says the Odablock Warriors were in better gear than a rival team, but the rival team had better prayers, so the Odablock Warriors decided not to risk a fight because they were not there to fight.
- (23:19) The Odablock Warriors decided to kill the last three monsters and then escape, because they expected the rival teams to come back in full force; they said they already had the tier fives they wanted.
- (26:58) After escaping, the Odablock Warriors told each other this was their best breach and not to take it as a loss.
- (35:18) Gnomonkey says Evscape's plan on day one may have been scuffed, but Evscape redeemed himself and that was the team's breach.
Trinket of advanced weaponry
- (2:05) The Dino Nuggets got the trinket of advanced weaponry from General Graardor in breach 5, so it was going to drop to the floor soon and the Odablock Warriors prepared to pick it up.
- (2:31) Gnomonkey says he knows exactly where the trinket will spawn and will telekinetic grab it; the team says not to put it in the looting bag.
- (3:27) A teammate says that telekinetically grabbing law runes puts them into your rune pouch, so you do not need the looting bag for them.
- (20:50) Gnomonkey notes that a member of a rival team picked up a trinket of advanced weaponry and was wearing Zamorak robes.
- (26:58) After Gnomonkey died he did not know whether his team had the trinket, but a teammate later confirmed they still had one.
Dino Nuggets
- (2:05) The Dino Nuggets obtained the trinket of advanced weaponry from General Graardor early in breach 5.
- (12:54) The Dino Nuggets and another rival clan rolled up from the south and began fighting each other, which Gnomonkey called perfect for his team.
- (27:31) Gnomonkey says the only bad thing about the breach was that the Dino Nuggets went south right next to the spawn, so they were getting all the monsters.
- (29:25) Late in breach 5 the Dino Nuggets were banking at the Hunter's Guild and were expected to return.
Westham Weasels
- (5:00) Gnomonkey reports that the Westham Weasels were hitting a monster, which pulled its aggro onto other players.
- (14:58) While the Odablock Warriors lured Dagannoth Rex, another team moved in to attack the Westham Weasels, which Gnomonkey said was great because the other teams were distracted.
- (23:51) As the Odablock Warriors finished killing monsters, the Westham Weasels moved back in toward their spot.
- (34:22) Gnomonkey says he did not want to leave his teammates because the Westham Weasels would then have wiped the whole team.
TzTok-Jad
- (0:32) In breach 5 Jad had a huge range, so Gnomonkey told teammates to stand behind a rock while dragging it to the team's position.
- (1:06) To pull Jad correctly, Gnomonkey told a teammate to come out a little further when grabbing it, to a specific tile, and tag it again to drag it down.
- (9:00) Gnomonkey tells the team to focus on Jad and to hit Jad from their position, and later to switch between range and mage prayer when Jad attacks.
- (9:00) Gnomonkey complains that Jad was looking at one teammate but hitting him, which he calls cross-eyed.
Dagannoth Rex
- (14:28) Gnomonkey loaded the Dagannoth Rex into the team's position and told everyone to mage the Rex.
- (14:58) While the Rex was being killed, rival teams were fighting each other, which Gnomonkey described as really good for his team.
Dagannoth Supreme
- (22:18) Gnomonkey says Dagannoth Supreme's range is insane and that it is a monster that should only be attacked if it can be pulled.
- (22:49) The Odablock Warriors killed Dagannoth Supreme first once the rival teams left, which gave them all the monsters for themselves.
- (23:51) Gnomonkey says Dagannoth Supreme is really strong toward range, so he cannot range it and asks teammates to help him mage it, including with Arcane swiftness.
Phantom Muspah
- (16:26) Gnomonkey tells the team to be ready for the Muspah and to re-aggro it rather than mage it, so that it stays in place.
- (16:26) Gnomonkey says if teammates need to mage the Muspah they should use blood spells.
Corrupted dark bow
- (27:31) Gnomonkey gets a corrupted dark bow from the breach and initially calls it the worst thing he could have got.
- (33:52) Chat tells Gnomonkey that the corrupted dark bow has better DPS than the Twisted bow and another weapon the transcript renders as 'Zalra', because of the max hit cap, so it is still good.
