Nechryael

Nechryarch

  • (3:23) If the Nechryarch superior comes within melee range, it spawns three types of chaotic spawn using magic, melee and ranged, each of which can max 7 with very high accuracy and quickly tear through health.
  • (3:38) The best approach is to get the Nechryarch stuck behind other Nechryael and keep bursting it until it dies, since if it cannot reach the player it never spawns chaotic spawn.
  • (3:38) If chaotic spawn do appear, run a few rooms away until it loses aggro, then keep bursting it as before.

Nechryael

  • (0:29) For burst tasks the only gear stats that matter are magic damage and prayer bonus.
  • (0:58) The weapon should be able to autocast ancient magicks: an ancient staff, master wand or Kodai wand; Gnomonkey brings a Kodai wand but notes it is very expensive.
  • (0:58) The ancient staff reduces prayer bonus by 5, so Gnomonkey would try to bring at least a master wand.
  • (0:58) Ancestral robes give a massive magic damage bonus; without them wear the best prayer-boosting armor, and void is not a bad option if bursting off task.
  • (1:26) A cult necklace (Occult necklace) gives a 10% damage bonus for around 800k and an imbued god cape gives 2%; a Book of Darkness gives +5 prayer bonus and Gnomonkey would bring it over an arcane spirit shield.

Alt account
